Measure 5.1 Introducing financial literacy and fiscal culture in the curriculum of elementary and high schools and promotion of countering shadow economy in faculties
Education in elementary and high schools would involve the following topics: why we have taxes, what is the purpose of taxes, how tax rates are determined and for what purpose, how taxes are collected, what is the damage cause by shadow economy for citizens and businesses.
Promotion at faculties involves active engagement of youth in the discussion about the importance of countering shadow economy and possible creative solutions for its reduction.
