Measure 3.1 Regulating new forms of work engagement through special regulations
Enable employment of individuals by foreign employees, work engagement via web portals, part-time employment. This type of work is not adequately regulated and it leads to formal unemployment. Increase the flexibility of employment in order to avoid misuse of employment via leasing agencies and youth cooperatives.
